“ 34 Year Honda Loyalist here. Broke a coil spring on my 2020 Odyssey. I have a local (not Honda) mechanic who couldn't find one, anywhere in Illinois except Peoria and Love's Park. BOTH of my former dealerships in Countryside and Oak Lawn were extremely unhelpful, even rude, with my attempts to find one. Well... Let me tell you about Ryan, Parts Manager at Napleton Auto Group, Love's Park. He went above and beyond helping me find the part, even offering to meet me offsite if I was able to get there before the Parts Dept opened. It was an easy drive and voila! Problem solved. “ I always equated buying a car with going to the dentist for a root canal. But Napleton Honda changed my perspective. Eric, my amicable and knowledgeable salesman steered me through the complex journey of buying a new vehicle . Thanks for answering all my questions and showing me how all the buttons work. Once I drove the 3 different Honda Pilots with different packages, I was hooked on getting a Pilot. I have been happy with my 2018 CRV but wanted a little bigger . The Pilot is easier for me to get in and out of with my two total knees. The front and back cameras are amazing-I will be able to park between the parking lines with no problem. I can’t believe that I will have warming seats and cooling seats . I keep pinching myself that I was able to purchase such a wonderful vehicle and be able to get it washed once a week for free. “ Bought a vehicle back on July 12th, today is December 18th and i still have no license plate. Countless emails, calls to the dealer, a BBB complaint and still nothing. I drove for months with an expired temp tag, I have been sent a second temp tag and it expires in two days. Buy somewhere else, trust me!!! They use a third party titling agency which i have been in constant contact as well. ”
