Tom Charter, Since I am the only person that has driven our new Accord to date, I guess that I am the only person qualified to tell you how much we are enjoying our new "ride." It is the BEST! If you recall, this is our fourth Accord and each one is better than the previous one. There is no other way to describe it other than a "DREAM." The ride is great. The handling is excellent, the acceleration is super and the look is the best. I was hand washing it in our driveway a week or so ago. A neighbor walked over and checked it out. He sat in the front seat, the back seat, he had to look in the trunk and under the hood. When he was done, he had given the car a complete examination. Although he is a GM guy, he was very, very impressed. Tom, you are absolutely great to work with. We want to thank you again for the great service. The next time we are in Rockford area we will stop in and say hello.

This was my first experience with Napleton Auto. However, Tom Charter is the go to guy! I have bought several cars from Tom now. He used to work at another dealer. And when he moved, so did I. The latest vehicle was to be a company car. The boss told me to get something inexpensive and to do it fast. It needed to be big enough to haul a few cases of product as well as be comfortable enough to be behind the wheel up to 8 hours a day every day. I gave Tom everything the new vehicle should have. Within an hour he called me up to let me know he found what I needed. He got us a great price for a great car. I have never been disappointed with Tom's results.
